Dr Adeoye Adefulu is a partner in the law firm of Odujinrin & Adefulu with over 20 years’ professional experience spanning the fields of petroleum law & policy, electricity law & policy, corporate & project finance. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association – Section on Business Law.
He also holds a Masters’ and Doctorate degree from the Centre for Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), Scotland. Dr Adefulu has developed a keen understanding of policies, legal and regulatory frameworks for the Nigerian energy industry. He takes particular interest in oil and gas regulatory reform, gas utilisation, energy reform and environmental law issues.
He organised the PIB Education Series in November to December 2020 which was focused on analysing the PIB 2020 to give participants an understanding of its content and potential impact.
He is the Managing Editor of www.petroleumindustrybill.com, the leading information portal that provides up to date information on the Petroleum Industry Bill (now the Petroleum Industry Act 2021).
