Arinze Oduah is an accomplished Supply Chain Management professional with over 35 years of extensive international experience spanning leadership roles in the banking, oil and gas, and professional services sectors. A Harvard and Wharton trained negotiator, he has also studied leadership and management at IMD,Lausanne. In addition to his industry roles, Arinze serves as an external facilitator at the Lagos Business School, where he teaches Supply Chain Management.
Since 2018, he has been the Managing Consultant at Multus Competentia, offering specialized consultancy services in strategy, supply chain management, health,safety, and environment (HSE), and commercial advisory. His expertise in supply chain transformation was exemplified in 2019-2020 when he led a strategic overhaul
of operations at Staatsolie, the state-owned oil company in Suriname, Latin America
