She has significant experiences working with Boards and Management teams and support business leaders to articulate people and organizational capability as an integrated part of the strategic business thrust.
As a woman wearing many hats, she is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AAO- Tasalach limited, a consultancy firm providing services to the oil and gas industry and other industries. She is currently the chairperson of the Nigerian Content Consultative Forum (NCCF) Diversity Sectorial Working Group (SWG)
She is passionate about gender diversity & inclusion and positively seeks to inspire, impact, and invest in the female agenda.
