Jola has over ten years of experience spanning the entire oil and gas value chain. He started his career with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (ExxonMobil Nigeria) as a Project Support Engineer focusing on environmental and regulatory compliance with Nigerian Project Organization (NPO). He proceeded to Afren PLC as a Facilities Engineer as part of the Asset Management Team for Ebok Field (offshore, Nigeria). Upon leaving Afren, he started up Volekzy Integrated Nigeria Limited, an oil and gas servicing firm based in Lagos. He joined Niger Delta Exploration and Production PLC in 2017 as a Facilities Engineer. He was responsible for the mechanical construction of NDEP’s modular refinery, power plant expansion project, and several other projects within NDEP. Jola holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering and an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School. He is married with two children.
