Omobola Omofaiye is a seasoned business leader and strategist with the acumen of leading and building businesses across Sub Saharan Africa. Her varied wealth of experience cuts across different industry sectors, Information, communication, and Technology, Financial Service Institutions, Oil & Gas, Power and Energy Management, and Renewable Solar Energy. She has led the growth of several top multinationals including Schneider Electric, Somfy, and Vodacom Business.
She started her career in the ICT sector and spent extensive years in the same sector working across service sales delivery, commercial functions, and strategic roles across Sub-Saharan Africa. After which she transitioned to power, energy management and renewable sector, and has worked with several OEMs while in the energy sector. She has been actively involved in technical solution sales, strategy and commercialization of generation and distribution energy solution equipment.
A graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, an alumnus of the Global Executive MBA, Manchester Business School, UK, and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria.
She is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Arnergy Solar LTD, where she drives the organization’s strategic growth and commercial activities with focus on accelerating access to clean, reliable, and sustainable energy for Nigeria and other emerging markets.
