Paul Adeyoyin is the Co-founder and Executive Director of TradeGrid, where he has helped establish operations in Nigeria, Kenya, the USA, and the UK. With extensive experience as a strategy consultant, he has contributed to Development and Commercial Business Strategy in over 10 countries.
He is known for his work in embedded finance, addressing energy security and product distribution issues in Africa and emerging economies. His contributions earned him the EB-1A classification for extraordinary ability from USCIS. His patented work received over $1 million (One Million Dollars) in funding and was vital in helping African countries manage the recent global energy crisis. Recently, he became Director at CinderBuild Inc.,where he is focused on replicating this model in the building and construction materials market.
In his previous roles, he made several key contributions as follows:
• McKinsey & Company: Increased a financial services client’s revenue by over 100% in nine months and contributed to a major telecom transformation in Nigeria.
• Africa Resource Center: Led a team redesigning supply chains for vaccines and essential medicines in Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, and South Africa, selected by the MIT Center for Supply Chain Excellence and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
• Dalberg Development Advisors: Analyzed investment flows into Sub-Saharan Africa, redesigned processes for UN organizations, and addressed US Agency for International Development (USAID) gaps for the “Feed The Future” initiative in 13 countries.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Ibadan where he studied Electrical Engineering and has concluded several Executive education programs including Intellectual Enterprises at Harvard University
