Phil has been at SteamaCo for 18 months, previous to that he was on the exec board of a large outsourcing business for 15 years responsible for the strategic development of key customers.
Phil holds an MBA from Edinburgh business school and studied the service profit chain at the Omnicom university, babson college, Boston.
