Sean Melbourne has been Head of Climate Change and Energy West Africa since August 2019 leading the FCDO’s work on climate and wider environmental issues in Nigeria, and co-ordinating the activities of climate and energy leads in posts across the region. Sean was previously Deputy Head of Mission in Albania and Zambia, and a Government Relations Adviser for Shell International.
